Dvorianky's truck problem

For most Slovaks, the tiny village of Dvorianky was hard to find on a map until recently. This was until this eastern Slovak village decided to literally stop traffic to protest the oftentimes hundreds of trucks speeding down its main street. But why? What is the government doing about it? And, most creatively, how did the villagers block the road for 30 minutes without breaking the law? Gavin Shoebridge finds out.
