More than a kilometre of tram tracks near Bratislava's city centre have been reopened, again. This time however its part of major upgrade works to bring Bratislava's public transport systems up to the same standard as those in Western Europe. Gavin Shoebridge discovers just how much it cost from Bratislava mayor Ivan Nesrovnal and project engineer Tatiana Kratochvílová.
