The Hungarian government supports the efforts of the Slovak Republic against the mandatory quotas regarding the relocation of migrants in the EU. János Lázár, the Hungarian Foreign Minister, stated that at a press conference in Budapest. According to him, the V4 countries including the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland and Slovakia can co-operate in state borders protection. János Lázár also confirmed that preparations of a co-operation on certain level are underway. He finds the solidarity of the V4 countries in the migration issue to be of extraordinary importance.
