The construction company Váhostav from the realm of oligarch Juraj Široký is close to bankruptcy. Chief Restructuring Officer Petra Gabrišová made a mistake in the restructuring plan when she favoured one creditor to the detriment of others, the Alliance Fair-Play pointed out. According to the legislation, the penalty for such an error is the bankruptcy of the company.
