The law on extraordinary measures for strategic investments, from the Ministry of Transport, has been greenlighted. 77 MPs voted in favour. The preparation of projects designated by the government as strategic investments, at the same time as those belonging to the trans-European transport network, should be accelerated. These include, for example, all major motorways and railways. The opposition is hampered by the shortened legislative procedure and the lack of accountability of investors; the state should suffer for bad decisions.
