Slovakia and Ukraine share a common border of about 98km and the Slovak diplomacy has been talking a lot about offering to the neighbouring country its own know-how in implementing reforms including that of armed forces and energy sector. Anca Dragu asked Vladimir Benč, the Head of the Economic Policy and Development Aid at the Slovak Foreign Policy Association, a think tank, how realistic such an offer is.
