1000 of the Best Slovak Sunday Soups

For Slovaks, having soup before lunch on Sunday is a strong tradition, however it's at risk of falling into the history books as our lives become busier. One historic Slovak firm aims to change this, with the release of a new book, titled 1000 najlepších nedeľných polievok Slovenska, or, one thousand of the best Sunday soups of Slovakia. The firm behind the book has been producing soups in the town of Prievidza for the last 60 years and, as employee Darina Matyášová explains, soup is something to be celebrated.
